The mapping of the area of action in the project based on consultations and close cooperation with the target group included a design thinking session on the role defining the scope of duties, responsibilities, tools, competencies and place in the organisational structure that a Mental Health Leader should have.

The concept of the workshop prepared and led by Katarzyna Ociepka – Miąsik, D&I expert and experienced facilitator, allowed participants to go through the most important stages of the process: empathising, defining problems, generating ideas.

The session was very fruitful thanks to the high level of involvement of the participants, and moreover, it showed how important the topic is, how much the results of the project are expected and how many companies and professionals are interested in this topic.

The results of the session were a very important element in creating a description of the role of the Mental Health Leader in the next stages of the project.
