Result 3: Curriculum and trainer’s manual

The Mental Health Leader development programme consists of four training modules. The modules are designed to be used by any trainer, organization or training company. They are aimed at people with coaching experience who can use them as a basis for a Mental Health Leader training and development programme.

The modules can be used together, as a multi-day programme, and separately (therefore, there are repetitions of certain issues, but framed differently). The trainer can adapt the modules to suit the planned duration of the training, and variations in the delivery of knowledge are proposed depending on the issues. The development programme is linked to the other outcomes of the Mental Health Leader project.

Modules:

  1. Mental Health in the working environment
  2. Typical psychological problems/crises
  3. Dealing with a psychological crisis from an organizational and managerial perspective
  4. Building psychological support and prevention programmes.
