Twenty people from different companies took part in testing the Mental Health Leader development programme. Situations and ‘case studies’ from their own organisations were brought into the discussion.

As part of the summary at the end of the meeting, the participants emphasised: the multitude of inspirations, the desire to take ‘action after’, the response to needs, the importance of defining the shape of the MHL role in a specific company, the need to go deeper into the topic, the desire to use the solutions presented, as well as the feeling of participating in a ‘pioneering meeting regarding the creation of a new role in an organisation, which I hope will soon become a standard’.

In addition, all participants of the meeting reported a desire to sustain the ‘network’ created during the training and to organise further meetings.

The result of the project – the Mental Health Leader development programme is published on the website under Results/Development Programme.
