The breakfast meeting was moderated by expert Dr Małgorzata Wypych, president of the Mental Health Center. The event was attended by representatives of companies, mainly from HR and D&I departments. The topic was: ‘Psychological support competencies in the workplace – who owns them?’, which triggered a discussion closely related to the topics and approaches being developed in the Mental Health Leader project. The discussion conclusions, as well as the approaches and experiences cited in the meeting were confronted with the project results and incorporated in their final form, making them based on real needs and situations and valuable and useful for companies.
